Dr Frank Lin

plastic surgeon


Dr Lin is a Specialist Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeon. He is a fully qualified member of:

• The Royal Australasian College of Surgeons
• The Australian Society of Plastic Surgeons
• The International Confederation of Plastic, Reconstructive and Aesthetic Surgeons
• The American Society of Plastic Surgeons

As well as undertaking specialist surgical training and gaining recognition as a Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Surgeons, Dr Lin has completed further overseas fellowship training in microsurgical breast reconstruction with world renowned Prof. Venkat Ramakrishnan. He has also studied with eminent professors (including Prof. Isao Koshima at the University of Tokyo and Prof. Yu Li at the Shanghai 9th People’s Hospital) in the field of breast and aesthetic surgery, as well as aesthetic surgery for Asian patients.

Dr Lin is actively involved in academic conferences and meetings, keeping up-to-date with the latest advances in reconstructive and aesthetic surgery. In addition to his numerous public hospital appointments, Dr Lin is also involved in the training of junior medical staff and medical students of the Monash University Medical School.


Cady Wang

Cady has ten years of experience as a cosmetic nurse, and over five years of experience performing anti-wrinkle injections, dermal filler procedures, PRP and other medical-grade skin services.

Cady believes that the aesthetic of physical attractiveness is unique to each individual. She provides her clients with a comprehensive consultation and multiple treatment options to achieve the most realistic results for their specific concerns.


Sam Allen

Sam is a CIDESCO-qualified Skin and Body Care Therapist, with over 20 years’ experience in the beauty industry. After working in skin clinics throughout Australia, Sam became a Beauty Therapy Department Coordinator and Educator at a CIDESCO-accredited training facility in Melbourne, developing a passion for education.

After gaining experience in undergraduate education she moved into the postgraduate arena, providing education for skin and body therapists for the International Dermal Institute. In addition to her role at Eastern Skin Therapy, Sam is currently studying towards her Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapies) at Victoria University.


Stephanie Josevski

Stephanie is Eastern Skin Therapy’s fully qualified Dermal Clinician, with over five years of experience working with medical-grade skin and laser treatments. She completed her Bachelor of Health Science (Dermal Therapies) in 2013 and has a genuine passion for diagnosing and treating individual skin conditions. Stephanie enjoys analysing different skin types and offering tailored product recommendations to clients.


Luna Li

Luna is one of our Injectable Nurses at Eastern Skin Therapy. She completed her Diploma of Nursing at Victoria University before going on to graduate with a Bachelor of Nursing from La Trobe University in 2014. She has experience in acute, subacute and cosmetic nursing, and is passionate about making her patients look and feel better about themselves.


Nakita Lastrina

practice manager


Nakita is the Practice Manager for both Eastern Skin Therapy and Eastern Plastic Surgery. She has worked in the medical industry for over 10 years, starting out in General Practice and moving into Specialist Practice as her career progressed.

Nakita has been with Eastern Skin Therapy since the beginning. Her belief in the effectiveness of the products and treatments that Eastern Skin Therapy offers is based on her own personal experience with them, and she finds it personally rewarding to see the improvement in results for each client after their treatments.


Christine Cheng

Christine is our bubbly Eastern Skin Therapy customer service consultant, offering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. She has an in-depth knowledge of our products and treatments, and is available to assist you with any enquiries you may have. Christine is also one of our helpful translators.


Stephanie Jin

receptionist / administrative assistant


Stephanie is one of receptionists at Eastern Skin Therapy, providing knowledge and support to each and every one of our clients. Customer service is what Stephanie is passionate about, and she ensures that every time a client visits our clinic their experience is enjoyable and to the highest standard of professionalism. Stephanie is also one of our translators, and she is able to assist you with any queries you may have regarding skincare, treatments and booking appointments.


Helen Chen

Helen is our friendly and helpful receptionist at Eastern Skin Therapy. She is responsible for providing administrative support and helping the clinic run efficiently with her hard-working attitude. With over five years’ customer service experience, Helen can be relied upon to ensure that your time at the clinic is comfortable. She is also one of our translators.
