This is an agreement between you as the user of this website and EST Clinic (ACN 633 454 449). By using the EST Clinic website (https://estclinic.com.au), you accept that you are bound by this agreement. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of this agreement, please do not use the EST Clinic website. You should always check these terms and conditions prior to using this website.


This website provides basic information about skin conditions and treatments. All information is derived from sources believed to be reliable at the time of release. Online Bookings

Once you have made a booking with EST Clinic, you will receive an appointment confirmation/reminder via SMS 1-2 days prior to your appointment. If you are able to attend, please reply with "Y". This will confirm your booking in our system.
Should you not reply to this SMS appointment confirmation/reminder, we will contact you directly. Should we not receive a reply or be able to make contact you, your appointment will be cancelled.
Please understand that appointment times are limited. If you must cancel your appointment, we respectfully request more than 48 hours notice.

Online Booking Deposit

Any cancellation made less than 48 hours prior to your appointment, will result in your 20% deposit not being refunded.
When making an online booking with EST Clinic, you will be required to pay a 20% deposit of the full amount. Your deposit is fully refundable unless you cancel less than 48 hours prior to your appointment time or in the instance of a no-show. Your deposit will also be non-refundable if you reschedule your appointment more than one time.

Online Appointment Cancellation

If you are unable to attend your appointment and a cancellation or reschedule is necessary, please call us at (03) 9650 6085 between the hours of 10:00am and 18:00pm, 7 days a week.
Appointments are in high demand, and your advanced notice will allow another patient access to that appointment time. We ask you to take this into consideration when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment.

On the Appointment Day

Your appointments and well-being are very important to us. We understand that sometimes, unexpected delays can occur, making schedule adjustments.
If you are unable to arrive on time, we kindly request that you call us at (03) 9650 6085 to notify us as soon as possible. Should you arrive more than 10 minutes after your appointment start time, please be advised that this will affect your treatment time.

VIP Clients and Prepaid Treatments

We ask that if you are an EST Clinic VIP or have prepaid for treatments (inclusive of treatment packages) to not use our online booking system. We kindly request that you call us at (03) 9650 6085 to book your appointment with one of our friendly team members directly.
